1. Shake the bottle vigorously before use.
2. Apply a small amount to clean, dry hands.
3. Spread evenly over palms and fingers.
4. Allow to dry for a few seconds before training.

Yes. The Light Grip version is especially suitable for beginners thanks to its progressive, comfortable grip that is easy to remove. The Strong Grip version is better suited for intermediate and advanced athletes looking for maximum and long-lasting grip.
